Deed book 61-L, pages 822-824, dated June 3, 1994: Tobias Textiles, Inc., in consideration of five dollars ($5.00) and gift to the Grantor, conveyed to the Spartanburg Conservation Endowment, Inc., 12.15 acres of land according to plat made for Spartanburg Conservation Inc. October 16, 1993 and revised May 23, 1994. Writer’s comments; This involves river bank land running from a point near the old Mud Bridge at the beginning of Hilton street down to the old iron bridge thence along the Emma Cudd road to the junction of Emma Cudd road and Hilton Street.

Deed book 69-Z, page 33-35, dated May 24, 1999: Tobias Textiles, in consideration of twelve hundred dollars, ($1,200.00) conveyed to William A. Taylor, all that tract or parcel of land containing 0.42 acres more or less. This is a portion of the same property conveyed to the Grantor by deed of Lloyd D. Auten Dated October 31, 1989 and recorded in Deed book 55-Y.

Deed book 72-M, page 538, dated August 8, 2000: Tyger Oak, Inc. and Welford/Glendale Properties, in consideration of one dollar and gift, conveyed to Palmetto Conservation Foundation, all that lot or parcel of land containing 0.40 acre more or less, this being part of Deed 53-R.( Click Plat 148)

Deed book 89-T, pages 961-64, dated September 6, 2007: The Glendale Development Corp., in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and as a charitable contribution, conveyed to Palmetto Conservation Foundation, all that tract or parcel of land containing 4.61 acres shown as “Tract C” on survey dated September 27, 2007 recorded in Plat book 162 page 247. This portion having been conveyed to Grantor by deed of Tobias Textiles, Deed Book 71-N, dated February 25, 2000. (Click Plat 162)

Deed book 89-T, pages 965-68, dated September 6, 2007: Glendale Development Corp., in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and as a charitable contribution, conveyed to Wofford College, all that certain tract of land containing 2.96 acres shown as Tract B” on Plat #162 survey, dated September 27, 2007. (Click Plat 162)

Deed book 91-F, pages 973-76, dated April 22, 2008: Glendale Development Corp., amends and modifies the boundaries of property conveyed to Palmetto Conservation Foundation by deed recorded in Deed book 89-T pages 961-64, dated September 6, 2007. Amended deed conveyed 5.30 acres as shown in “Track C” on revised survey dated March 18, 2008, (Click Plat 163)
