Writer’s comments; the next
ten deeds relate to the same parcel of land on which
the old metal cotton warehouse and the gymnasium is
located. (1.203 acres) Both buildings were in bad
condition when first sold to Robert Reaves. Each
buyer, after Robert, began to repair the buildings,
until finally they were in good shape and brought some
real money. (Click Plat 126)

33-L, page 649, dated April 18, 1967:
Glendale Investment Co., in consideration of ten
dollars ($10.00) and other considerations, conveyed to
West Investments, all that tract or parcel of land on
west side of Broadway and southeastern corner of lot #
96 and southwest of lot # 94 as shown on Glendale
Mills sub division Plat 32, pages 269-277.

52-J, page 35, dated June 24, 1986: West
Investments, in consideration of twenty thousand
dollars, ($20,000.00) conveyed to Robert H. Reaves,
all that tract or parcel of land located on the west
side of Broadway Street, beginning at the southeastern
corner of lot #96 as shown on plat recorded in plat
book 32 at pages 269-277, this being the same property
conveyed to Grantor by deed of Glendale Investments
and recorded in deed book 33-L.

Robert H. Reaves, in consideration of twenty two
thousand dollars, ($22,000.00) conveyed to Thomas R.
Schaide, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or
parcel of land as conveyed to Robert H. Reaves as
recorded in Deed Book 52-J page 35, being a portion of
the property shown on plat for William L, Barrell, Co.
Inc. plat book 44, pages 546-548;

Thomas R. Schaide, in consideration of fifty one
thousand dollars, ($51,000.00) conveyed to Rocco
Industries, all that tract or parcel of land being the
same property conveyed to the Grantor by deed of
Robert H. Reaves, recorded November 14, 1986, Deed
Book 52-S.

dollars, ($52,450.00) grants, bargains, sells and
releases to Thomas R. Schaide, all that tract or
parcel of land as conveyed to the Grantor by deed of
Thomas R. Schaide, recorded October 3, 1988, Deed Book
54-S.

Thomas R. Schaide, in consideration of forty seven
thousand, two hundred and five dollars, ($47,205.00)
conveyed to Rocco Industries, all that tract or parcel
of land being the same conveyed to the Grantor by deed
of Rocco Industries, recorded in Deed Book 57-V.

Industries, in consideration of eighteen thousand
dollars, ($18,000.00) conveyed all of that tract or
parcel of land situated west of Broadway as shown on
plat for W. L. Barrell Co. plat book 44, pages 546-548
to William Tobias, Jr., this being the same property
conveyed to Rocco Industries by deed of Thomas R.
Schaide, dated November 1, 1992 and recorded November
13, 1992 in Deed book 59-L. (Writer’s note; I have not
found any reason for the terrible loss Rocco
Industries suffered in this transaction.)

61-V, page 15, dated August 30, 1994: William
Tobias Jr., in consideration of fifty five thousand
dollars, ($55,000.00) conveyed to Peter R. Steidle and
Rita O. Steidle, all that tract or parcel of land
containing 1.203 acres, more or less, with all rights
in and to the sprinkler system on the premises and the
right to use of water for the sprinkler system. This
being the same property conveyed by deed from Rocco
Industries, to William Tobias, Jr., recorded June 1,
1993 in Deed Book 60-C.

69-T, page 26, dated April 13, 1999: Peter R.
Steidle and Rita O. Steidle, in consideration of
eighty nine thousand, five hundred dollars,
($89,500.00) conveyed to Tobias Textiles, all that
tract or parcel of land containing 1.203 acres. This
being the same property conveyed to Peter R. Steidle
and Rita O. Steidle from William Tobias, Jr., August
30, 1994 and recorded in Deed book 61-V.

Tobias Textiles, Inc. A/K/A Tobias Textiles, Inc., in
consideration of one hundred and twenty five thousand
dollars, ($125,000.00) conveyed to Gaad Corporation,
all that tract or parcel of land containing 1.203
acres as conveyed to the Grantor by Peter R Steidle
and Rita O. Steidle, recorded April 14,1999 in Deed
book 69-T.
