87-89, dated August 6, 1959:
Indian Head Mills,
herein referred to as Grantor, in consideration of ten
dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
conveyed to Edward Krock;
1- All lots and
parcels of land now owned by the said Grantor
within the sub division Plat book
20, page 21, entitled The Property of D. E. Converse
Co., dated April 26, 1946 and sub division Plat
book 32, pages 269-77, entitled the Property of Glendale
Mills. Inc., dated April 25, 1955.
2- Also that tract
containing 899.34 acres of land exclusive of the “well
lot” tract of 0.32 acres
along with that tract containing 190.20 acres.
The Grantee is given
all rights, title and interest in and to the aforesaid
tracts and lots. Also all
Right’s to sewer and water system, to roads and road
right of ways along with all rights, title and
interest in any portion of dam with right to keep,

56, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66,
67, 131, 132 and 155 as shown on Glendale Sub division
Plat 32, pages 269-277, dated April
25, 1955.//

51, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, and 67 as shown
on the Sub division
of Glendale Mills Plat 32, pages 269-77, dated April 25,
1955.
3; Also all the Grantor’s
rights, title and interest in and to all water, sewer,
gas, telephone, telegraph, and electrical systems along with the
“well lot” .
4; All easements and
right of ways subject to all restrictions applicable to
Grantor.
